Cancelling Your Hotel Reservation
PLEASE NOTE: If you made a hotel reservation at the Maritim Berlin in ISPP's room block, you should be able to cancel your reservation at no charge as long as you cancel more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival, even for rooms that had been indicated as "non-refundable." If you have difficulty cancelling your reservation at no charge, please contact ISPP's Central Office and we will assist you in receiving a full refund for your reservation. Currently, the hotel is closed through 19 April 2020, so we are limited in what we can do until then. Thank you for your patience.
Maritim Hotel
ISPP has arranged for a block of rooms at the Maritim Hotel Berlin at discounted rates of €119++/night for a single and €159++/night for a double (NB: doubles are for two-person occupancy, but have one bed). Breakfast is included with these maximum rates, as is free use of the hotel’s swimming pool. Lower rates are also being offered in ISPP's block that do NOT include breakfast, so please review all room offerings carefully.
PLEASE NOTE that ISPP attendees will receive the lowest rate at the hotel by at least 10%, and will not exceed the rates noted above. Breakfast is included with your room, as is free use of the hotel’s swimming pool. Hotel reservations must be made by 15 MAY 2020.
The above is ISPP's ONLY arrangement for hotel reservations at present. All information and links relating to the conference will be provided on this web page and in e-mails directly from ISPP. Beware if you are contacted by someone stating that they are working with ISPP for discounted room rates; such communications are not legitimate.
