Registration for the 2025 ISPP Annual Meeting is expected to open in February 2025.

All conference attendees must agree to the release and terms in order to proceed with registration.

*Presenters are required to confirm their participation by registering and paying for the conference before the presenter deadline on April 6, 2025, in order to keep their proposal on the program.

Please be advised that the conference will be conducted solely in-person, and there will be no hybrid format or virtual participation available.

2025 Registration Pricing

Meeting registration prices are listed below, and the registration fees include admission to the full conference and social/networking sessions. Please note that receptions have capacity limits and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, the Mentoring Lunch is free of charge but has limited spots—75 mentees and 25 mentors—to ensure the best interaction and exchanges. We apologize if we are unable to accommodate you this year.

*Please note that photographs/screen shots and video are taken during the course of the conferences. These images may be used in ISPP marketing materials, on the ISPP web site, and other products relating to ISPP. By attending, you consent to your image being used in ISPP-related materials.
