Make the most of your ISPP 2023 Conference experience by downloading our conference app! With the app, you can easily search for your sessions, plan your schedule, and stay up-to-date with important conference details. Please note that all schedule times in the app are displayed in the UTC - 5:00 Eastern Time (US & Canada) time zone. The app will be continually updated with additional information leading up to and throughout the conference.

To access ISPP's 2023 Conference App, you'll need to enter the event code: ISPP2023. Once you've entered the code, signing in will grant you access to specific app features. You can sign in using the same email address and password you use to access other areas of ISPP. Alternatively, you can use your unique App Pin provided instead of a password. You can access the app through the Internet URL provided below, download it on your phone, or scan the QR codes for easy access.

Important App Notes: For those using the app on your laptop - hold the mouse and drag it upwards to scroll. At this time, the app is not set up to run in the Firefox browser. Please use a different browser to access the app online.

You can also download the Events Air app from the App Store and sign in using the code ISPP2023 and your regular ISPP login credentials. 

CONFERENCE APP INFO

AGENDA: Use this feature to view the complete conference schedule, including keynote sessions, social events, and screen breaks. You can also search for speakers, co-authors, and session roles like Chair.

MY AGENDA: Create a personalized conference schedule using this feature. To add sessions to your agenda, search for specific sessions using the AGENDA icon. At the bottom of each session, you'll find a link that says "Add To My Agenda." Click the link to include the session in your agenda. To view your updated schedule, go back to the MY AGENDA icon.

SPEAKERS: Easily search for sessions by the name of the presenting author using this icon. Once you find the session you're interested in, go to the AGENDA icon to locate and add it to your personal agenda. Abstracts for all sessions are available only in this feature.

MEETING HUB: Connect with fellow attendees, such as colleagues or friends, using this feature. Look for other attendees, manage invites, and view connections. You can even use QR codes to quickly share contact details with each other.

ALERTS: Stay informed about conference updates, such as room changes, last-minute meetings, organized events, and more, through this feature. Check it regularly for important announcements.

HOW TO SEARCH FOR YOUR PRESENTATION

You can search several different ways within the app: 1) By Agenda - Open the app and select the Agenda icon, then choose the filter icon on the top right corner of the screen. Use the search bar to enter your name or the name of the speaker, co-author, chairpersons, or discussant you are searching for. The app will display any presentation containing that name. 2) By Speaker - Open the app and select the Speakers icon (NB: you will need to sign in to utilize this feature). Select the search icon on the top right corner of the screen, then use the search bar to enter your name or the name of the presenting author you are searching for. The app will display any presentation containing that presenting author's name. Please note that the Speaker feature will not let you search for co-authors, chairpersons, or discussants.
